Dear friends, one of the chalenges in our day-to-day life we face is the questions we have in our mind... whether science contradicts the Bible, is it Creation or Evolution, and so on. We at times try to escape ourselves from such situations. Everyone knows very well that it is not that easy to address such issues just like that; instead, we should be ready enough with clear satisfactory authoritative answers to those questions.
I too had very many such questions lingering deep inside my heart until I came across a book written Dr Farid Abou-Rahme titled and God said: Science confirms the authority of the Bible, 1999, published by GLS Publishing, Mumbai, India. After reading this book, I started to browse through various sites and learnt a lot that "the Bible and Science are not in contradiction with each other, instead they are compatible to each other". Putting them shorter, I would rather say that "Science confirms the Bible". How wonderful it will be if we know the confirmatory points to build our faith stronger on the Word of God and to speak the bible truths authoritatively because it says, "... be ready always to to give an answer to every man that asketh a reason of the hope that is within you" (I Peter 3:15).
"Come now, let us reason together, saith the Lord" (Isaiah 1:18). So let us go through the wonders of the hands of our dear God and together shall praise His name on high: "The heavens declare the glory of God; and the frmament sheweth his handywork" (Psalm 19:1).
